Art lovers see Didsbury Alberta come alive with all that is arts and culture in our region, including dancers, storytellers, musicians and songwriters, handicrafts, painters, potters, carvers - you name it, if it's artsy, it'll be here!

12th ART SHOW & SALE - April 2024

"A Brush with Art" Spring Art Show and Sale features visual artists from Mountain View County and the surrounding region. A highlight for the artists is the opportunity it provides to network with each other, as well as meet prospective clients. This Juried Gallery-style Show returns to the MPR of the Didsbury Memorial Complex in 2024. You will see fabulous Emerging Artists, People's Choice Awards, and Artists' Windows.

8th DAYS OF YORE - August 3 & 4, 2024

And it's all done by volunteers!!

Become a CHAMPION for Arts, Culture, and Heritage
Invest in your community! We give our business community an opportunity to show their support of the arts at several events throughout the year, and to very different, yet similar audiences. We support our supporters at every turn! We encourage area businesses to review our 2023 Sponsorship Package to see how we can help elevate your business at our community events and through our social media promotions.

to have your art group sent admin access to our Arts Calendar of Events. This is a calendar of any arts, culture, or heritage events happening in our region. Businesses and organizations can add their own events and activities - especially great for partnering with events or to avoid duplication of events on the same days.

The Mountain View Arts Society is Didsbury's Not-For-Profit Society of 2015 and we were nominated for the Community Spirit of the Year Award in 2019. If you have any ideas for any of our events, or would like to volunteer an hour or two, please and let us know. We'd love to hear from you!
